Abstract:
This data has been collected by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in New
Mexico at the New Mexico State Office. The initial data sources are copies of the
original flight line index maps for aerial photography in the state of New Mexico.
The data was tablet-digitized from paper or clear film copies of 1:250,000 or
1:100,000 USGS maps. Currently the dataset does not include data from riparian
projects flown in 1984, 1989 and 1992.
Purpose:
This data provides a digital representation of the flight lines and photo center
points for the BLM aerial photography projects conducted in New Mexico.
